SELECTED MINIMUM ENROLLMENT/COMPLETION REQUIREMENTS FOR GRADUATE
STUDENTS
ACADEMIC SENATE POLICY F89-165
At its meeting of December 12, 1989, the Academic Senate approved the following
policy proposal on Selected Minimum Enrollment/Completion Requirements for Graduate
Students:

A Graduate Approved Program (GAP) may be filed only by a classified graduate student who is currently enrolled and who has completed a minimum of six semester units that are applicable to degree requirements. |

A Graduate Approved Program (GAP) will be valid only as long as the student maintains continuous enrollment status with the University as defined in the Bulletin. |
3. |
A graduate student must be officially enrolled with the University, during any term including the term of graduation, in which he/she is utilizing University resources which are determined to be more than incidental by the major department and if appropriate by other units of the University. |
