CHANGE IN GENERAL EDUCATION POLICY

Academic Senate Recommendation #F81-81

At its meeting of November 3, 1981, the Academic Senate
approved the following changes to the General Education Policy. P. 61 of the Bulletin and p. 44 of the
G.E. Resource Guide, Segment II, Arts and Sciences core, all three areas, would
be changed as follows:

from 9-12 lower-division units
and 0-3 upper-division units to 6-12 lower-division units and 0-6 upper
division units.

I have reviewed Academic Senate Policy #F81-81, Change in
the General Education Policy, and approve it as stated.
